Join the MYCOM Legacy Hunt Promotion
As we seek out the Oldest Mycom Compressor still in service!

Promotion Period:

The search runs from May 15 through midnight PT December 15, 2024.

Consent to Use:

By participating in the promotional event all participants agree to the following conditions:

1. Participants have all approvals needed from their employer, customer, or owner of that compressor.
2. Participants consent to Mayekawa using their photos and information for promotional purposes.
3. Participant permits Mayekawa to share the photos for promotional purposes, on platforms including but not limited to social media, blogs, email marketing, and paid advertisements.

How to Participate:

• • Submissions close by midnight PT, December 15, 2024.
• • No purchases are required to participate.
• • Participants must submit all the following documents and information to be eligible to win.
1. A picture of the compressor
2. A picture of the compressor nameplate with serial number
3. Location and application
4. Company or facility where the compressor is installed
5. Name of participant
6. Participant's contact information
• If the participant is not the owner or operator of the compressor, they are also required to submit the following information.
1. Name of the operator
2. Operator's contact information
3. Permission from the Owner to submit information
• • Only users of MYCOM compressors installed in Canada and the USA are eligible. Submissions by participants from other countries, or of MYCOM compressors installed in other countries will not be accepted.
• • Nametags and MYCOM compressors must be unique for each entry.
• • Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
• • Participants must be either contractors, packagers, or end-users. Compressor resellers are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
• • Mayekawa reserves all rights to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Early Bird Awards:

On Thursday, October 31, 2024, three (3) submissions will be randomly selected to receive an award package.

• • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Mayekawa reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond Mayekawa's control make it necessary to do so.
• • If a recipient does not respond to Mayekawa after two (2) weeks (14 days) of being notified, then the recipient’s award package will be forfeited and a new recipient will be selected in accordance with the process described above.

Final Selection:

On Monday, December 16th, 2024, the promotion recipient will be announced from all all eligible participants, including Early-bird recipients. The selection will be based on the following criteria:

• • The oldest MYCOM compressor in service as determined by the nameplate and serial number submitted by participants.
• • The user submitting the oldest, still operating MYCOM compressor will be identified and contacted by Mayekawa to receive their award.
• • If the recipient does not respond after two (2) weeks of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and a new recipient will be selected in accordance with the process described above and contacted by Mayekawa.
• • The award is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Mayekawa reserves the right to replace the award with an alternative of similar value if circumstances beyond Mayekawa's control make it necessary to do so.

Prizes

• Recipients of the early-bird draw will receive:
1. A 40oz Insulated Travel Tumbler
2. A Power Bank
3. A Mayekawa Cap
• The recipient of the final selection can choose one awards from the two options below:
1. A free seat in a MYCOM Training course, redeemable before 2026 ($1650 Value)
2. Dyson V8 Cordless Cleaner Vacuum ($349.99 value)
• The recipient will also have a chance to receive a free re-manufacturing of the winning compressor by the Mayekawa Service Team.
  **This may or may not be possible depending on factors including the compressor's model, age, location, etc. Mayekawa reserves the right to determine whether to award this prize or any alternatives.

Summary:

By submitting the required documents and information to 100years@mayekawausa.com, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to all contest conditions above. Mayekawa reserves the right to terminate or cancel this contest at any point.
